Greenbrier Special Olympics: Volunteer Application

Greenbrier Special Olympics involves anyone from the ages of 8-20 years old with any type of intellectual disability to become included in a sports team, learning rules and regulations, feeling included in our school & community. These sports include: bowling, basketball, aquatics(swim), volleyball, as well as track & field. Greenbrier also has many UNIFIED teams as well. What is a UNIFIED team? Unified teams allow athletes with and without disabilities to partner together to learn skills, build each other up and focus on INCLUSION. Greenbrier offers the following Unified sports: basketball, softball, flag football, bocce ball, bowling, and volleyball. Greenbrier High School and Wooster Elementary are Unified Champion Schools, recognized by Special Olympics Arkansas.
